为庆祝第五个中国人民警察节，进一步扶持和加强基层公安文化建设，自2024年11月起，新疆公安厅政治部、新疆公安文联在全区公安机关开展“警心映盛世 丹青绘华章”——新疆公安机关庆祝第五个中国人民警察节主题书画摄影作品征集评选活动。
活动开展以来，各地公安机关高度重视，层层发动，组织本地广大公安民辅警、离退休干部、社会团体和文艺爱好者踊跃参加、认真创作。此次主题展共收到全区公安民辅警报送的书画摄影作品465幅。这些作品主题突出、内容丰富、特色鲜明、艺术精湛，充分彰显了新疆公安文化建设和文艺创作的水平和成果，集中展示了新疆各级公安机关及广大民辅警坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面提升公安机关新质战斗力的生动实践，细致描绘了公安队伍立党为公、执法为民的生动画卷，真实记录了全区公安队伍坚守初心使命、勇于担当作为的崭新风貌。
经新疆公安文联专家评审组评选，共评出优秀组织奖6个，书法类获奖作品55幅，美术类（含剪纸）获奖作品39幅，摄影类获奖作品49幅，特邀书法作品3幅，其中部分优秀获奖作品将陆续展出。
