2月17日，上海市宝山监狱召开2025年宣传工作会议，宣读《关于表彰2024 年度十大精品宣传案例、宣传先进个人、宣传先进集体等的决定》，为荣获十大精品宣传案例部门、宣传先进个人、宣传先进集体、新闻宣传技能比武能手、沟通协调技能比武能手颁奖。基层监区、科室代表作交流发言。
会议指出，要讲好监狱发展进入新阶段新征程生动故事，挖掘民警深耕监管改造新实践，更好发挥宣传工作凝聚人、鼓舞人、激励人作用，教育引导民警听党话、跟党走，主动投身监管改造主责主业。

深化两级管理方面，《赋权赋能监区，看这家两级管理首批试点单位如何去落实》，介绍了推动监狱工作重心下移，体现了“基础在监区，重心在基层”的理念。为民办实事方面，《捕捉亲情会见录音里的一串数字，民警为罪犯家属挽回巨额损失》，展示了民警在复听录音、谈话教育中，捕捉细节破解罪犯家属被诈骗案件，帮助家属及时止损，助力狱内罪犯安心踏实改造。个别教育方面，《矫治罪重刑长罪犯的六步，步步蕴藏绣花精神》，讲述了民警引导罪犯思想转变，让浪子迷途知返，迎来人生希望。矛盾纠纷化解方面，《“枫桥经验”花开大墙，既解“事结”又解“心结”》，创新探索出狱内矛盾纠纷化解和诉求回应多元机制，把潜在的违纪隐患和安全风险解决于未然状态。

四是聚焦工作矩阵，建强专兼队伍

参照“中央厨房”运行模式，监狱定期约稿，由各部门采集素材制作，以项目化、清单化推进月度宣传工作，组建微信小编团队、召开月度外宣工作选题会、下发月度宣传任务工作清单，做到月度有任务、半月有计划，营造人人参与宣传、人人懂得宣传、人人愿意宣传的工作氛围。举办新闻宣传技能比武、沟通协调技能比武，邀请新闻晨报社会新闻部主任倪冬来监授课，进一步提升民警宣传业务操作能力。
