为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于建设高素质专业化妇联干部队伍的重要指示精神，落实全国妇联《娘家人暖“新”三年行动方案(2025—2027年)》有关要求，进一步提升“三新”领域妇联主席的政治素养和业务能力，近日，市妇联在市妇女儿童社会服务中心举办“三新”领域妇联组织领头雁培训班。市妇联党组成员、副主席王冬梅做开班动员，并结合实际开展了党的二十大、二十届三中全会精神宣讲。各区“三新”领域妇联主席、执委代表共80余人参加了培训。

中华女子学院李敏教授以《破局·激活·赋能：“三新”领域妇联组织参与基层治理的路径探索》为题，围绕“三新”领域妇联组织新时代使命与挑战展开深入讲解，详细阐述“破局——打破传统边界，拓展治理空间”“激活——激发内生动力，增强治理活力”“赋能——提升综合能力，强化治理效能”等内容，为“三新”领域妇联组织参与社会基层治理提供了理论基础和实践方案。

在小组讨论环节，与会人员围绕“三新”领域妇联建设、参与社区治理、开展创新项目等展开讨论。大家踊跃发言、碰撞思想，增进了各妇联组织之间的交流，为各妇联组织下一步积极参与基层治理打开思路。

培训期间，市妇联发布了《关于征集天津市“三新”领域妇联参与基层社会治理创新案例的通知》，并为“三新”领域妇联优秀代表颁发了“妇建指导员”证书，希望“妇建指导员”在推进“三新”领域妇联建设、积极开展妇联工作上发挥更大作用。

培训班还邀请天津市格莱德心理咨询有限公司蔡丽峰老师为大家进行“心灵瑜伽”，学员们现场学习体验了缓解压力与焦虑、促进身心平衡的方法。

天津市女性社会组织妇联轮值主席、天津市华朗文化发展中心妇联主席王霞表示，通过此次培训，开阔了“以项目化运作整合社会资源，构建‘她力量’参与社区议事协商创新模式”的思路和视野，华朗文化中心将广泛链接企业、高校等力量，开发精准服务项目，吸引家庭积极参与，助力文化传播。
东立未来希望热线妇女小组副组长黄利英表示，自己作为“三新”领域”领域妇女工作者，要积极响应市妇联号召，持续做好热线接听、家庭教育咨询、心理健康知识团辅等工作，让爱与温暖传递到“三新”领域妇女姐妹并惠及更多的家庭。
