12月24日，第二届“出彩南彩人”主题活动颁奖仪式举行，为22位“出彩南彩人”和16位优秀网格员、城市协管员进行颁奖。通过致敬身边榜样，凝聚奋进力量，激励更多人逐光而行，弘扬时代新风，争做时代新人。区妇联党组书记、主席肖雅文，团区委书记徐浩，区新城中心主任、区创城办副主任陈向东，区融媒体中心党组书记、主任杨进军，区委组织部、区委宣传部、区委社会工作部、区委网信办、区委农工委、区教委、区城市管理指挥中心相关负责同志出席活动。南彩镇领导班子成员、各村（社区）党支部书记及宣传委员、各科室负责人、包村组长、双管单位负责人、第一届“出彩南彩人”、“好风气”人物参加。

本届“出彩南彩人”共分为助人为乐、志愿服务、邻里和睦、诚实守信、孝老爱亲、敬业奉献、自强不息、遵规守约、基层治理九个类别，经资格审查、实地走访、综合评审等环节，最终评选表彰22名“出彩南彩人”。同时，为进一步激励先进，同步为16名优秀网格员、城市协管员颁奖。
